What qualities do you have that can help you when working with a group of people?

          When working in a group of people there is need a lot of qualities that lead to the successful of the team work. One of the qualities that I have and can help me when I’m working in a group of people is I can give a full of commitment towards the group. The group of people here I much refer to a group of student when doing group assignment. As for me, commitment is important qualities because by give a full attention and commitment can lease a gap between us. In addition, if we are not give a commitment towards the group it make us feel anxious about managing the group work process, and indeed, it is often difficult to keep a team together. Besides, I always remember myself that not everyone will have the same level of commitment or the same values and attitudes. For example, in a group of five members when doing an assignment all of five members should give full commitment, so that the groups can carry out the problems that they have when doing the assignment. So, they can make strategies and can use it to make sure that the group runs smoothly and achieve a successful outcome. As a conclusion, the qualities that I have can help when I’m working in a group of people.

is it possible to be honest 100% in relationship?

        First and foremost, what is meant by honest? Honest is characterized by sincerity. Honesty is not something that we just only sharing facts. It is also includes sharing experience, information with a view to further the relationship. In general, sometimes honesty hurts. If we want to interact honestly in relationship, the first thing to do is built the foundation for the relationship that can withstand the pain of honesty. We can divide relationship into several categories and I have divided it into three categories which are in terms of parents, friends, and spouse. 

        In my opinion, it is possible to be 100% honest in relationship with our parents. Why? As we all know, honesty is the best character to strengthen the relationship between parents and their children. Usually, most of the children often lie out to protect themselves when they did a mistake. They worry about being punished or making their parents mad. On the other hand, when children tell the truth, parents should praise them for being honest. Children should know that their parents will appreciate the truth. Besides, for the parents, they need to show the good examples to their children, so that it can produce 100% honest in this relationship. Without full attention from the parents, children may find it is difficult to be honest in the relationship. For instance, I give one situation. I love to tell all those single things towards my parents, especially my mother. It is because I will be happy if I get a full trust from my mother. If I had been dishonest towards my mother, maybe she feels sad and not gives a full trust to me. Besides that, if we are lying to our parents, big problems will occur. The fact also has mentioned that if you've done something wrong or lying about something, it won't make matters better for anyone, including yourself and it is for the long-term. So, it is possible to be 100% honest in relationship with our parents.

        Then, we move on to the second categories which is it not possible to be 100% honest with our friends. Friends play an important role in our life. They are the ones who can share our happiness ans sadness. Sometimes, when we get stuck in troubles, our friends are here to give us a help. Honesty is considered to be a quality in association with friends. This word friend has nothing to do with dishonesty. But as for "completely honest”, it depends on different cases. In most circumstance, just like when normal chatting or discussing something, complete honesty is possible because it can lead us to better communication with our friends. Furthermore, in some special situation complete honesty is necessary. However, in our daily life now, it is conflicts and friction between us and our friends that bring about confusion and annoyance. In that circumstance, I don't think it's possible to be completely honest with my friend, for the reason that, during a quarrel, or some other conflicts, it's wise to be lie some of our real feeling such as anger and disappointment. In other words, to some extent, dishonesty with mild and gentle words may be the right way to deal with unhappy environment, instead of telling friends your true feeling straightforward. To sum up, it is no need to be 100% honest in the relationship with our friends.

        Next, the last category is it possible to be 100% honest in the relationship with spouse? As for me, being too honest with our spouse might not be too good.  It is possible to trust our spouse without necessarily telling him or her everything about ourselves. Sometimes being too honest can ruin our relationship. It is clearly show us that being too honest might not be a good thing. We should decide our relationship and whatever our heart feels comfortable. If not it will affect our mind whether should be honest or dishonest in the relationship with our spouse. We all want to know exactly what the person we are having a relationship with thinks or do but sometimes what we do not know will not hurt us. For example, if our spouse says that he or she doesn’t love you anymore. We might also never look at them the same way we used to look at them before he or she told us the truth. The respect we had for them also disappears because they did something that we don’t like. That is why sometimes letting what happened in the past is in the past is a good approach to life. Then, it is not possible to be 100% honest in relationship with our spouse.

        As a nutshell, it is possible to be honest in relationship with our parents but not in relationship with our friends and spouse. There’s no denying that honesty can be painful, both for the individual delivering honesty as well as the individual receiving the honesty. We should know our parent, friends and spouse very well. We must know what they expect of us and what they do not. If the person cannot handle the truth, spare them and tell them half-truths, if they can bear to be told the whole truth just go ahead and tell them the truth.

people that annoys me

People that annoys me???

what i dislike most in people is when they say something that make me feel annoy. I have had many encounters with people who do this and i find it most unpleasant.

I think that i'm usually keep my word. If i find that i am not able to talk politely, i make it a point to tell the person involved so that the person will not feel down.

what's worse is that the person do not even apologize when they did the things that annoy people. hmmmm... maybe the person did not realize his/her wrong doing. It seems to me that some people simply say things without meaning what they say. They just speak out words out of convenience.

It is best that i keep away from such people. However, it is impossible to do because the whole world is filled with them. For me, it seems that more people who has bad manner rather than good manner especially for teenagers. 

i hope that at least we must keep our integrity, honesty and being polite. 

weekend activities

hmmmm..ok...

today is sunday :)...

so, i just got an idea to write about .......the pattern of my weekend activities changed as i have grown older...

*omg already 19*..hahaha!!

...........

when i was still in primary school the favourite activities i did on weekend are played hide-and-seek with my friends. We also played other children's games. Sometimes, we also played catch. During that time, i just think life was one big round of playing and enjoying. As i'm still kid on that time, i have no worries. I only knew how to play,play,n play...haha!!

Growing up has changed things a bit. Now, i do not play catch nor hide-and-seek anymore. Weekends now seem mostly to consist of doing a lot of assignment that have to submit as soon as possible (arabic, mls, syariah n so on)....If there are no assignments, then i have to study for examinations. It is always something that relate to universities life that i have to do. Sometimes, i wish that i want to finish my study as fastest as i can....

However, it is back to reality. Actually, life in university is the best experience in our life. (uitm/usim???))...haha!!..All in all i would say that i spend more of my weekends now with my friends than with my family. 

n my small world of the family is gradually expanding because it already includes my friends. ok, that's all for now n perhaps in the future the pattern of my weekend activities will change even more.

ok..today in teacher sha class we have discuss about what does it mean to be polite....

hmmm...let us think for a while...

for me..politeness refers to the words, conduct, and discipline. In other words, it means every movement, thoughts and good feelings to others. Being polite is different from one culture to other culture.

Nowadays, politeness is increasingly disappearing. Hmmm....i give the example of being polite in the  school, university and other educational institutions. As the beginning of school and tertiary education, students should be inculcated with these values ​​through a variety of activities.

Lack of knowledge about how to being polite will not come to practice in real life. There should be an effort from parents, teachers and leaders. Politeness can only be nurtured once it applied in our life. Politeness is not a technical subject that requires formal learning. Everyone can learn it if they want.

hmmmm....,however, the way to be polite will not be beneficial if done in the academic environment in which the notes were distributed to the students. The most important is just applied it in our daily life and make it as routine.

Next, i give the example of how to be polite in terms of family. Actually, it is the same thing in educational institution that applied in the family. If it is lack of civility among family members, maybe the family members will fight due to the things which is not important.

Ok...thats all my point of view about politeness.... & lastly politeness determine the quality of life and productivity. So, the relationship between society must be improved immediately for the benefit of the future.

DO YOU THINK THAT SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES ARE A GOOD WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH FRIENDS? WHY OR WHY NOT?

           Social networking sites become more popular every day. I think that social networking sites are a good way to communicate with friends because of several reasons. Actually, it depends on our own perspective whether it is good or not. Firstly, it is a good way to communicate with friends because social networking sites can build better relationship with friends. We also can connect with friends with whom we are unable to see them personally. It shows that social networking sites has show the right way to us to communicate with our friends regardless of where they are. Moreover, it can easily spread the news. Instead of we make a phone call with our friends to tell about any events, we can just easily log into facebook or twitter. By doing all this things we have save our time and energy. Next, social networking sites is a good way to communicate with friends because we can share our thoughts and perceptions over different topics. We can ask some opinion or input from our friends about certain topics. As a conclusion, it is clearly stated that social networking sites are a good way to communicate with friends.

THINK ABOUT THE COLOR OF YOUR BEDROOM OR LIVING ROOM. HOW DOES THE COLOR MAKE YOU FEEL? WOULD YOU LIKE TO CHANGE THE COLOR? WHY OR WHY NOT?

           Each person may have different answer about this question because colors affect everyone. The color of my bedroom is blue. I feel that blue is the coolest color. I would definitely do not want to change the color because of some reasons. Firstly, blue color symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, and truth. Besides that, blue is considered beneficial to the mind and body. It shows human metabolism and produces a calming effect. The color is used to symbolize sincerity. Other than that, blue color can be used to open energy flow where it is blocked. When we put the blue color in our life, it will open the flow of communication and broaden our perspective in learning new information. Next, blue color is a natural color which is from the blue of the sky. It also is a universal color.It is cool,calming effect makes time pass more quickly and it can help us sleep. In a nutshell, blue is the good color for bedrooms.

• sleep early at night to allow ur brain to process all the information that u have studied before..

DURING THE EXAM DAY

• wake up early
• don't forget to pray ok...
• do not forget to take breakfast
• bring all the important things such as ur ic, exam slip, stationary & etc..

IN THE EXAM HALL

• read  prayers..
• sitting quietly and take a deep breath...
• focus while answer the question..

AFTER EXAM

• do not discuss any answers after the end of the examination...

i know u can do it well....so, do ur best do ur very best... :)

this morning i just got to play handball at the sport complex (pavilion) as the representative for shariah and law faculty....

as i just said in my previous entry that we never had a practice even once...

 so, we just enjoy the game today ....

2nd game fsu vs fem : 1 - 3

Even we can't go to the final it's okay for us because we just got new experience n we get to know each other...

actually, i'm a little bit nervous about the game tomorrow....it is because all of us never have a practice even once...

hopefully, tomorrow everything is going as plan...insyaallah....

I suddenly remembered when I was still called the fundamental law student at uitm shah alam...

 i remember the moment when girls were practicing how to play handball while boys were practicing how to play futsal....

that best moment at uitm shah alam will not come back because currently now i'm studying in usim...

today, i woke up late because i slept again after dawn prayer...

when i woke up it's already 9.15am...uwaaaarghhh... actually, today i have arabic class.

hayyu and i arrived in class at 9.40am...thank you to jannah and pkoh for sending us go to the class  :)

i'm grateful because we just have only one class for today...yahoooo!!~...

moral of the story : DO NOT SLEEP AFTER DAWN PRAYER.

NAME CARD

actually, I do not know what story i'm going to share. Today, during my English listening and speaking class we discussed about a good friend during childhood.

OK.... dear readers, here i am not going to tell about a good friend of mine when childhood but, I wanted to share about "interesting activities during my school year."

Who has this card ? haha!!.... when i was in primary school ,this name card was very famous. Usually, not only girls has this name card but boys also has this name card.

I forgot how much the price of this card, and if i not mistaken a set of name card has 12 pieces. We are free to choose which design we preferred. Girls always put korean artist as their background. I also has this  name card but I did not choose korean artist as background on my name card. I prefer pooh cartoon as my name card background.

 Hahaha!! i think during that time i do not seem very mature.

The most interesting part was when the time we get the name card. Often in a class is about 2 or 3 student become agents to sell this card. Now, I can't remember where I put all my name card because it's gone.

The main point here is actually, the school year is a time to have fun. So, for those who are still in school, please appreciate every moment in school. That's all for now, till meet again..... :)

the topic today is about how to get blessing in our study ?

FIRST

Remember of ALLAH S.W.T.

Everytime before we go to class, always remind ourself that we seek knowledge because of Allah. Many advantages for people who are seeking knowledge.

Do not feel pressured if class start as early as eight o'clock in the morning but think that all this studying process, Angel will always pray for us. 

SECOND

Discipline ourself.

Every time we want to study, must read one page of the Quran before starting the study period. Even we are   

busy, discipline ourself to read even one page of Quran.

THIRD

Allah comes first from anything.

This is the most important part !! why???

When we are hearing azan while studying make sure we go to pray first. Then, we can continue to study.

Imam Ghazali has said that : "People who responded to the call to prayer immediately leave the business for congregational prayers, in the Hereafter, he will be invited by God with a gentle and a guest of his."

FOURTH

Don't forget to read ablution and take prayers before study.

When we have this ablution, we will always remember that this study is one of the highly demanded worship in Islam and make it easier for us to continue to pray if're learning, suddenly prayer. We do not know for ablution, we learn more blessings.

 this is my first time writing like this as a blogger

actuallly, i have zero experience about how to make a blog because i really not interested in writing BUT i really love to read other peoples blog. today, my english teacher give the whole class a task which is everyone of us must have our own blog.

Oh Allah...please help me...i really feel uncomfortable writing this blog. Please show me the way to make an interesting blog and be the best blogger in the future.
